We hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase from RC Pets! However, we know it can be tricky ordering things online. RC Pets items that are purchased on our website (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund excluding flat rate shipping cost of $8.00. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your merchandise for your refund to be processed.
Once you submit your request you will be provided with a shipping label to affix to your package and drop off at the carrier you selected.
To be eligible for a full product refund, the items returned must be clean and free of pet hair. If the product has been tried on and contains pet hair, all hair must be removed from the product to avoid a cleaning fee. Products must be returned with packaging intact. RC Pets reserves the right to charge a $5 handling fee if the product is not in its original condition.
Important notice: The original shipping cost will not be refunded in case of a return.
